Licensing
LucidLog.Net is licensed on a per-computer basis. This means you must buy a license for each computer where you want to use LucidLog.Net LogViewer to analyse logs and monitor executing of your application.

The LucidLog.Net license allows you to freely use LucidLog.Net Library and LucidLog.Net Configurator in the development process on any number of computers if needed. In addition, you can freely distribute LucidLog.Net Library and LucidLog.Net Configurator with your applications.

Commercial license includes:

  • Free unlimited e-mail access to technical support and online support resources.
  • Free generally available bug fix upgrades and minor releases for the licensed LucidLog.Net version.

    Ordering
    Online ordering by credit card is recommended as the easiest and fastest way to process your order. If you order by fax, by phone or with a purchase order it might take longer.

    Your order will be processed through our partner Plimus. Plimus accepts a variety of payment options such as all major credit cards, wire transfer, check or cash, as well as invoicing in different currencies.

    Important: Please note that we do not accept orders from individuals with anonymous e-mail addresses such as HOTMAIL, YAHOO, BIGFOOT etc.

    Shipping
    All our products are delivered through online download. All purchased licenses are shipped electronically via e-mail.

    As soon as we are notified that your order has been successfully processed, we will send you an e-mail containing full instructions and details for downloading your full version of LucidLog.Net within 1 business day.

    If you didn't receive your registration e-mail within 1 business day, please contact our Customer Support as there is most likely a problem with your order. The delay may also be caused by your specifying an incorrect e-mail address or our letter being filtered out by a spam-filter. Please check your SPAM folder!
